March 8, 2020

Featured on UnisonFund.ca

During the month of March we’re looking to raise awareness of how you can take better care of yourself during this busy conference/award season. With the JUNO’s upon us and a general busy time with many awards and conferences underway, we thought it would be a good time to do a little review on the topics we’ve covered this past year, and highlight a few of the key elements we think are essential to prioritizing your time during this time of year.

  1. Getting Proper Rest & Nutrition on the Road
  2. How To Keep A Fit Body & Mind On The Road
  3. Three Tools to Help You Start Meditating
  4. When We Burn Out
  5. Breaking the Mental Health Stigma in the Music Industry

We are also excited to partner with The JUNO Awards and Fit On Tour to offer the music community complimentary fitness classes in Saskatoon to keep health & fitness top of mind during the week is Saskatoon!⁣
